He specifically addressed what I wanted/needed to know. He did not "wing it" or just give me a class.

When we had our first class he had done some research into the direction I wanted to go it and he had formulated a game plan that would work for me. We had a good rapport, he listened to my goals and then summarized them back to me. Honestly, this conversation is what was the determining factor in choosing Logan. I explained them to Logan in a brief conversation I had with him to determine if he was the right match. I had some very specific topics that I wanted addressed. I will help you regain hours of your life lost to "figuring it out" and help you create the images you want to see- and the images that will get you hired! If you are interested in taking your photography to the next level, and want to learn from a current, working professional, I'd love to hear from you. I know that there are many options out there for photography instruction. I have over 14 years working as a professional photographer, and 9 years experience helping others achieve their goals in photography.

In my off time, I offer instruction covering stills, motion, lighting, adobe creative suite, drone work, and digital asset management. Since then I have found great joy in guiding others in the same way. This long (and at times rocky) journey has led me to develop systems for nearly every part of my work and business- systems that I am here to share with you!Īs I began learning photography many years ago, I was very lucky to find mentors active in the industry who gave me practical, working knowledge to help me reach my goals. I have spent thousands of hours understanding this craft, making mistakes and learning many lessons. Although that was nearly 15 years ago, my lifelong pursuit of learning and pushing my work further has never wained. Hardly a wage to live on, I knew I would have to figure out how to take my work to the next level in order to succeed. I began shooting professionally when I was 16, earning $10/photo from the local weekly newspaper.

It has been a privilege to make a life and living with a camera- but it wasn't always clear that this would be possible. Some of my clients and publications have included: GoPro, The Vail Valley Foundation, Britax Child Safety,BoB Strollers, Zagster Bike Sharing, SpinDoktor Beverages, and Sports Illustrated. As a commercial photographer specializing in active lifestyle imagery, I get to help some really awesome clients connect with their audience through images that inspire.
